While we do not accept returns on coffee, we stand by the quality of our products and service. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there’s any issue with what you received, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.


We’re a small team and sometimes make mistakes—if something’s not right, we’ll make it right.
