Drift is our smooth, modern take on a blend that works beautifully across brew methods. It brings together two standout coffees—Colombian Cauca and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe—for a cup that’s both balanced and bright.
The Cauca adds a rich base of caramel sweetness and smooth dark chocolate, while the Yirgacheffe brings in a pop of juicy fruit and delicate floral notes. Together, they create a mellow yet vibrant blend that’s super versatile—equally delicious as a filter brew or pulled as a shot of espresso.

Water temp should be 205 deg fahrenheit (or right before boiling)
Adjust your grind for a 3-4 minute brew time. (The finer the grind, the longer it will take to brew)
For Espresso; Coffee In 18-19 grams, Coffee Out 34-36 grams, Time 25-34 seconds.
