This Natural Yirgacheffe from the Idido washing station is Ethiopia doing what it does best. Grown at high elevations by dedicated smallholder farmers, these heirloom varieties are naturally processed to bring out all the vibrant, expressive flavors we love in Ethiopian coffee.
In the cup, it’s full of sweet berry notes, bright floral jasmine, and a delicate, tea-like mouthfeel. It’s clean, fragrant, and effortlessly drinkable—a beautiful reminder of why coffees from Ethiopia have such a legendary reputation in the specialty world.
