Each packet contains 15 grams of precision-ground specialty coffee, sealed fresh inside a fold-out pour-over filter. Just open, anchor onto your mug, and pour hot water for a clean, full-bodied cup in under four minutes.  

Choose Your Coffee Roast

Select your preferred roast from our lineup.

• Legacy: Our signature blend featuring deep dark chocolate and nutty sweetness from Brazil, layered with vibrant berry notes and a bright citrus pop from Guatemala. 

• Nicaragua (FTO): A smooth, comforting medium-dark roast with indulgent notes of dark chocolate, toasted marshmallow, and graham cracker. 

• Trailhead: A bright, classic Ethiopian coffee highlighting sweet berry notes, delicate floral jasmine, and soft cocoa undertones. This blends a light and medium roast Ethiopian to give you the full spectrum of flavors available in the Heirloom varietal. 

How to Brew

Tear: Tear open the filter pouch along the top perforated line.  

Hang: Pull out the side paper hangers and anchor securely over the edge of your favorite mug.  

Pour: Pour 45 mL of hot water over the grounds to bloom.

Wait 30-45 seconds, then slowly pour an additional 180 mL of hot water through the filter.  This will take about 3 full pours.

Enjoy: Remove the filter hanger and enjoy fresh pour-over coffee anywhere.
