Nicaragua - Medium Dark
If you’re someone who loves a rich, dark cup—something bold and full bodied but still smooth —this one’s for you. This Fair Trade Organic Nicaragua comes from the PRODECOOP cooperative in Nueva Segovia, where smallholder farmers grow Bourbon, Caturra, Catimor, and Typica varieties at elevations between 1,250 and 1,350 meters. The result is a consistently delicious coffee that’s both complex and incredibly comforting.
We roast it to a smooth medium-dark to bring out deep, dark chocolate notes, paired with a warm toasty sweetness that hints at marshmallow and a soft graham cracker finish. It’s our answer to the classic dark roast, done without the bitterness—just depth, balance, and a little origin character shining through. A go-to cup for those who like their coffee bold, but not overdone.
