It was worth every penny for the course. Nicole did a great job helping us understand the differences between each sample and in reference to resources included in the Intro to Coffee Course. This helped me build an experiential foundation to better understand different tastes that coffee can have and what to realistically expect with flavor profiles overall. My experience was absolutely wonderful. I discovered their Intro to Coffee Course a short while before the class I signed up for.
