It was worth every penny for the course. Nicole did a great job helping us understand the differences between each sample and in reference to resources included in the Intro to Coffee Course. This helped me build an experiential foundation to better understand different tastes that coffee can have and what to realistically expect with flavor profiles overall. If you take the course, I highly recommend getting the sample kit to ensure you are aligned with the educational experience you signed up for.
My experience was absolutely wonderful. I discovered their Intro to Coffee Course a short while before the class I signed up for. I had to select the class that worked best for my schedule and I messaged them regarding getting the sample kit in time for class. They assured me they'd send it out ASAP and thankfully it arrived in time and I couldn't be more grateful for their willingness to send it out so quickly without hassle or pushback.
I absolutely loved the course as well as Nicole's presentation style. She made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to help answer questions that another classmate and I had. I gained valuable insight, hands-on experience (even though I attended virtually), and resources to refer to as I continue along my coffee journey. She is supportive and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this course for anyone who wants to work in this industry and/or truly loves coffee and wants a strong evidence-based foundation. The medium dark roast has a lovely, well-rounded flavor profile, and it was a hit at our office! Would recommend this to friends.
Definitely the best coffee in the Palouse! We love light roasts that are fruit forward and half mile has lots to offer!!

What a delicious cup of coffee! We enjoy a nice flavorful cup of coffee without the high acidity and Mile High knocked it out of the park with this one. We'll be placing another order for sure!
